Shakti is graduated of the Federation of Spanish Pilates (register number 1165) since June 2011.
She teaches this technique to a broader audience but also to dancers and athletes to help them, to improve their performance in respect of the mind/body balance. She continues to regularly train herself to deepen his knowledge.
Mat Pilates (Level I-II-III): Pilates on the ground (on mat)
Pilates movements suited to pregnant women, smooth exercise to maintain flexibility, toning her back and perineum and learn to breathe.
Pilates movements suited to each person after an operation or an injury to rebalance and better toning the body.
